Achieve peak performance in minimal space with our 0.24 Nm integrated closed loop stepper motor. This NEMA 11 solution features a built-in drive and encoder for a simplified, robust system. Its closed-loop control guarantees high precision and eliminates loss of steps. Perfect for compact automation, 3D printers, and medical devices where reliability and size are critical.
The NEMA 11 Integrated Closed Loop Stepper Servo Motor combines a stepper motor and driver controller into one compact unit. It delivers precise position control and stability even under varying loads. With its integrated servo control system, it avoids step loss and resonance problems common in open-loop stepper motors.
This integrated stepper motor merges the motor, encoder, and closed loop driver into a single body, minimizing wiring complexity and improving efficiency. Compared with open-loop stepper systems, it offers better torque utilization, quiet operation, and automatic position correction when load changes occur.
Perfect for robotics, laboratory equipment, camera systems, 3D printers, medical devices, and other automation fields that require compact yet reliable motion solutions.

An open-loop stepper motor operates without feedback. The driver sends pulses to move the motor a certain number of steps, but it doesn’t verify the actual position. If the motor is overloaded, it may lose steps.
A closed-loop control system includes an encoder that continuously monitors the motor position and adjusts the output in real time. This eliminates step loss and provides higher torque efficiency.
Compared to open loop, closed loop stepper motors operate more smoothly, with better torque, lower noise, and real-time feedback correction, making them ideal for precision applications.
