Return & Warranty Policy

SSS-Motors.com stands behind the quality of our products. This policy details our warranty coverage and the procedure for returns.

60 Days Product Warranty

All stepper motors, servo motors, and stepper motor drivers purchased from SSS-Motors.com are covered by a 60days limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use,but we don’t accept the return or compensate if you use wrong.

What is Covered by Warranty?

We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product that is found to be defective during the warranty period. This includes issues with motor winding failure, bearing failure under normal operation, and defective components in stepper motor kits.

What is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, incorrect voltage, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Return Process for Defective Items

If you believe you have received a defective product, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Immediately notify our customer service team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Step 2: Technical Support

Our team may provide troubleshooting guidance to resolve the issue without a return.

Step 3: Return Authorization (RMA)

If a return is necessary, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA.

Step 4: Shipping the Item

You will be responsible for shipping the product back to our designated warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Inspection & Resolution

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the defect. If the warranty claim is approved, we will, at our option, either ship a replacement product or issue a refund. The processing time is typically 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

Policy for Non-Defective Returns

Due to the specialized nature of our high-quality stepper motors, we generally do not accept returns for non-defective items or buyer’s remorse. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Please contact us, and we will work to find a solution.
